We got tickets to go to the Phoenix Nascar Race last spring. Because of our good timing, I managed to secure us some pretty good seats. About 2 months after the first four tickets were bought, we thought we would have B's nephews living with us at this point. So, I went and bought 2 more tickets. I could only get 2 seats that were 3 rows back and one section over from the original 4, but they were still AWESOME location. B, T, his friend Joe, and a friend of ours Jerry all got to sit in the 7th row back directly behind the starting line. A and I sat in the 10th row back, just to the left of starting line. The four in front had the time of their lives! They are ready for next race to hit Phoenix. A and I didn't enjoy ourselves as much (he is too small to see over most of the people there!) but we had a good time overall. Here are a few pics from the 7th row...(okay, except the one of A and I)
This is the view from Row 7

Glad you were able to go and glad you guys had a decent time. I havent been to a Nascar race but I use to love the outback amature races at Spanaway Speedway when I was a kid. Not sure if I would be down with the noise these days.
Glad you were at least able to go! I'd go to a redneck demo derby, but I dont know how keen I'd be on watching cars go in an oval over and over...and over! :-) haha
That looks like it was so much fun! I have been dying to go to a race. Tell T Kurt's my favorite too-- I seeing that #2 Dodge in the front of the pack!
